At RadiantVault Ventures, we strive to provide high-quality website development services tailored to our client’s needs. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

1.  Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

      Project Cancellation by the Client:

  • If the project is canceled before development work begins, a full refund will be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
  • If the project is canceled after development work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.

      Failure to Deliver as Agreed:

  • If we fail to deliver the project as outlined in the signed agreement or scope of work and no resolution is reached, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

       Technical Issues:

  • If technical issues on our end prevent project completion and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued.

2.  Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, delayed approvals, or failure to provide necessary assets).
  • Third-party costs incurred during the project (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees, or third-party integrations).
  • Completion of the project as per the agreed-upon terms and specifications.

3.  Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at radiantvaultventures@gmail.com with your project details and the reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.

4. Amendments and Revisions

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated through our website or directly to our clients.
